Information we collect
When you use Euro Nail Lounge's booking assistant or forms, we collect the details you provide so we can serve you, including:
Your name
Your phone number
Your email address
Your appointment details — the services you choose, your preferred date and time, and any notes you add to your booking
Job applicants share the same contact details plus the position, experience, and license information entered in our hiring form.
How we use your information
We use your information to book and manage your appointments, confirm and remind you about upcoming visits, respond to questions, and review job applications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Text messages
When you give Euro Nail Lounge your phone number, we may use it to send you appointment-related text messages (such as booking confirmations, reminders, and updates about your visit) and promotional text messages (such as special offers, coupons, and seasonal specials). By providing your number, you agree to receive these texts. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message and we will stop sending you promotional texts. You can also reach us any time at (386) 481-3226 to update your preferences.
How we protect your information
We keep the information you share with us limited to what we need to run your appointments, and we only share it with the service providers that help us operate the salon (for example, our messaging provider) so they can deliver the messages and services described above.

Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply when you book with Euro Nail Lounge, use our promotions, or receive text messages from us. By booking an appointment or providing your phone number, you agree to these terms.
Booking terms
Appointments booked through this site are confirmed instantly by our booking assistant, and you'll receive a booking reference for your visit.
Please arrive on time. If you're running late or need to reschedule or cancel, call Euro Nail Lounge at (386) 481-3226 as early as you can so we can offer the time to another guest.
Walk-ins are welcome and are seated based on availability.
Prices shown in the booking assistant are our current menu prices; final pricing for add-ons, nail art, and repairs is confirmed in the salon before your service begins.
$5-off promotions
Our $5-off offers — including the $5 coupon for booking two or more services together and the $5 spin-to-win coupon — apply to the services named in the offer and must be mentioned or shown at checkout.
One $5-off offer per guest per visit. Offers can't be combined with other coupons or discounts and have no cash value.
Euro Nail Lounge may change or end a promotion at any time, and expired offers can't be applied to later visits.
Spin-to-win prizes
The spin-to-win wheel offers four prizes: a combined $5 coupon and Gel Spa Pedicure, $10 off facials, $15 off semi-permanent lash services, and a free regular OPI nail polish.
Each prize is redeemed in the salon using the claim code shown after your spin. One prize per guest per visit, and prizes can't be combined with other offers.
Prizes have no cash value and can't be exchanged. Euro Nail Lounge may substitute a prize of equal value or end the spin-to-win promotion at any time.

By giving Euro Nail Lounge your phone number, you agree to receive appointment-related and promotional text messages from us.
Message frequency may vary.
